At the Evo 2013, a Capcom panel announced that a new SF4 will be popping up at the beginning of the year on PS3, Xbox 360, PC and arcades. It will introduce some balancing to already existing characters and introduce 5 new characters and 6 new stages. It will be availible for $39.99 or digital upgrade for $14.99. The new players are:
AND AN UNKNOWN CHARACTER “NEVER BEFORE SEEN IN STREET FIGHTER”.
There isn’t a name for it yet. All the past DLC costumes will be available on disc and Udon will have a “pre-order” costume.
I’ll keep you posted on this one. Peace.
Not REALLY impressed. Glad they brought the stutter step back. I actually miss the high step more than anything.
How come no one told me about this?
I’m liking this. It’s like a half step toward virtual reality. I think it could get a little gimmicky but, overall, it could create some real emersion into some games. I dig the snow effect during the kart racer. But, I don’t know how I fell about the extended field of view.
Xbox announced today that there will be an app released for the dashboard of the 360. From the comfort of your couch you can stop in mid game, go back to the dash and order a pie from Pizza Hut.
Wait, wait, wait…. Look, maybe since I’m an older gamer that has a wife and children (on top of the fact that Pizza Hut is disgusting) I find this stupid. Why, is it so hard to understand that when I fire up my console that I, you know, want to play video games. THAT’S IT! I don’t want web browsers, I don’t want to listen to Pandora. I just want to play video games.
Someone over in the Microsoft offices is losing their mind. Either that or they smoke way to much canibus.
